Canada residence visa document translation requirements
Canadian applications may require English or French translations and complete copies of the original records. Academic, immigration and family files should use consistent names, dates and relationship evidence. For Residence Visa applications, Translation.pk combines this destination context with careful treatment of civil records, police certificates, degrees, transcripts, employment letters, financial and family evidence. The translation reproduces the source record; it does not decide eligibility or strengthen the evidence.
The current instructions issued by the Canadian immigration authority, university, credential evaluator, employer, provincial body or court control the accepted language, document set, translator eligibility, certification wording and source-copy requirements. Confirm whether the application concerns temporary residence, long-term residence, dependent status, renewal or another route. Requirements can differ even within the same country. For Canada, applicants should confirm whether English, French, Urdu, Punjabi and other source languages are accepted and whether notarization, apostille, legalization or attestation is a separate step.
Requirements change. Check the current instructions from Canadian immigration authority, university, credential evaluator, employer, provincial body or court before submission.
