Affidavit preparation and translation support
An affidavit is a written statement of facts that a person confirms for a particular official, legal or administrative purpose. Translation.pk can assist with the document and language work involved in commonly requested affidavits, including preparation from clear client instructions and translation of an existing signed or unsigned document.
The wording and execution requirements depend on where the affidavit will be submitted. Before work begins, identify the receiving authority, country, purpose and any format it has issued. If the statement affects legal rights, property, court proceedings or another disputed matter, obtain advice from a qualified lawyer.
Preserving names, dates and supporting facts
Affidavits often contain identity details that must remain consistent with passports, CNICs, certificates, property records or other evidence. Clear copies help the document team check spellings, dates, addresses, reference numbers and relationships before preparation or translation.
Translation.pk does not invent missing facts or decide what a person should declare. The person requesting the affidavit remains responsible for providing complete and truthful instructions and for reviewing the final statement before signing.
Translation of an existing affidavit
Existing affidavits can be translated into or from English, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian and other available languages. The translation workflow considers names, dates, addresses, legal terminology, seals, signatures and the layout of the source document.
Tell us whether the translation is intended for an embassy, immigration application, court, educational institution, employer, bank or another authority. This allows certification, formatting and delivery requirements to be discussed before quotation. See our legal document translation and embassy document translation pages for related services.
