The appropriate arrangement can depend on your client relationship, project value and the services required.
Refer an eligible new client and receive the approved percentage after Translation.pk receives cleared payment for the qualifying service amount.
Consultants and agents may use the available benefit to secure an agreed discount for their client instead of taking personal commission.
Where commercially workable, part of the benefit may reduce the client price and part may become commission. Written approval is required.

Introduce the client before the client contacts Translation.pk independently. The introduction may use an agreed referral name, reference code, email or direct message. We can then record the source before preparing a quotation.
A client already in our database, an active enquiry, a previously quoted project or a self-referral will not normally qualify. If you are unsure, ask us to verify the lead before promising a discount or commission.
Eligibility is confirmed according to the language pair, service, project value and operational requirements.
These principles prevent misunderstandings between the referrer, client and Translation.pk. Project-specific written terms take priority.
Eligible referrals may earn up to 10% of the net translation service amount actually received by Translation.pk. The exact rate, any limit and the payment arrangement are confirmed in writing before or when a referral is accepted.
Yes. A consultant or agent may ask Translation.pk to use the available referral benefit to offer the client a lower agreed price instead of paying personal commission. This must be agreed before the quotation is finalized.
A split arrangement may be considered. For example, part of an agreed benefit may reduce the client price and the remainder may be paid as commission. The arrangement must be approved in writing for that referral.
Consultants, agents, lawyers, education and immigration advisers, document professionals, freelancers, website owners, existing clients and other individuals or businesses may apply. Participation remains subject to review and acceptance.
Referrals may cover certified document translation, legal and business translation, embassy and visa documents, academic records, website localization, transcription, proofreading and interpreting, subject to service and language availability.
The referrer should introduce the client or provide the agreed referral name, code or contact details before the client first requests a quotation. A referral cannot normally be added after the enquiry or order is already active.
Commission is considered only after the referred client has paid the eligible invoice amount and the payment has cleared. Cancelled, unpaid, refunded, disputed or chargeback amounts do not qualify.
Commission is normally calculated on the eligible net service fee collected by Translation.pk. Taxes, government or embassy charges, courier costs, third-party expenses, discounts, refunds and similar pass-through amounts are excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.
A client or project already known to, quoted by or working with Translation.pk is not normally a new referral. Ask us to verify eligibility before making commitments to the client.
Approved links and accurate service information may be shared. Referrers must not impersonate Translation.pk, make unsupported guarantees, misuse the brand, send spam or promise prices, acceptance or delivery times without written authorization.
There is no standard joining fee for an approved referral arrangement. Referrers are responsible for their own marketing costs, taxes and legal or professional obligations.
