Yes, PayPal may be used for eligible international payments. Use only the recipient details or payment request supplied for your confirmed quotation, and verify the currency, amount, reference and fee treatment before paying.
Can I send Western Union directly to a bank account?
Yes, Western Union direct-to-bank transfer may be arranged for suitable international payments. Translation.pk will privately provide the exact beneficiary and bank details required for the approved quotation.
Where can I obtain the current bank account details?
Request them through the official Translation.pk contact channels after receiving a quotation. Account information is not published on this page because details can change and must be matched to the project.
Can I pay through Easypaisa or JazzCash?
These local options may be available. Confirm the current registered recipient and amount before transferring, then send the transaction ID or receipt with your quotation reference.
Can international clients pay by bank transfer?
International bank or SWIFT transfer may be available. Confirm beneficiary details, currency, intermediary or receiving fees and the net amount that must reach the account.
Can I pay cash at the office?
Cash payment may be arranged at the Islamabad head office. Confirm the visit, office timing, amount and receipt arrangement before travelling.
Do you accept cheque or company payment procedures?
Cheque, invoice, purchase-order or other documented arrangements may be considered for approved institutional clients. Clearing and project-start conditions are agreed before confirmation.
What reference should I include with payment?
Use the quotation or request reference and the client name. This helps the team match the transaction to the correct project without relying only on a screenshot.
Should I send proof of payment?
Yes. Send the transaction reference, receipt or deposit evidence through the agreed official channel. Hide unrelated account balances or sensitive information that is not needed for verification.
When does translation work begin?
Work begins according to the payment and scheduling conditions stated in the quotation, normally after the required payment has been identified and cleared.
Who pays PayPal, bank or remittance fees?
Fee treatment depends on the method and quotation. Confirm whether transfer, receiving, currency-conversion or intermediary fees are included or must be added before payment.
Can I receive a refund after payment?
Cancellation and refund treatment depends on project status, completed work, committed resources, third-party costs and the written quotation terms. Contact Translation.pk immediately if a payment or order must be reviewed.
How can I avoid payment fraud?
Use only official Translation.pk contact channels, verify the recipient immediately before payment, never disclose a password, PIN or OTP, and do not rely on account details copied from an old page or third-party message.
